- Safari – a multi-class learning event on a specific theme, for students and their parents
- Playathon – fund raiser for the MTACA scholarship fund; students who participate play at a local mall
- Sonata/Sonatina Festival – students perform one movement from memory, are critiqued by a judge, and receive recognition for goals reached; division winners play in a mini-recital at the conclusion of the event
- ASMTA Festival – students test in performance, written theory, and musicianship (sight reading, keyboard theory, and ear training); regional winners go on to compete at State Auditions
- Honor Recital – for outstanding students
